--SELF REMINDER--

Forget About Depression, You Will Play With Your Life!
~
It may be a sudden change in one's life or unfortunate death of spouse, depression needs little excuse to creep in your life quietly. You won't even know when chronic depression has overtaken you over the time if those mood disorders are not taken care of. At such times, you are offered immense help from your peer group, but you don't feel like mingling with anybody. This is the time when most of people, especially men, find alcohol as their companion. They use alcohol as a form of self-medication. They try to cheer themselves up with alcohol or may use alcohol to help them get some sleep.
~
Well, alcohol can produce a pleasant effect and a relaxed state. However, this lifted mind state stays only for a short while. Alcohol doesn't give a permanent relief instead offers many health problems that may stay permanently. A small quantity of alcohol is nowhere considered harmful, but if someone uses alcohol to cope with a depressive illness, he may consume damaging amount and thus may fall prey to serious after effects of alcohol.
~
Now, let us tell you how depression and alcohol together can do disaster. Extreme state of depression can produce suicidal thoughts. Alcohol compromises judgment and makes someone impulsive. Moreover, alcohol may trigger the aggressive behavior and may make one to do violent acts due to lack of inhibition. Thus, lack of inhibition, self-control, compromised judgment and heightened impulsivity can increase the chances of a person to attempt suicide in an extremely depressed state.

On the other hand, there are many people, who take anti-depressants such as xanax , to deal with depression. Undoubtedly, these anti-depression and anti-anxiety pills have been proved really effective and helpful in most of the cases. Xanax is one of the preferred antidepressant people take to get relief from mild to severe depression. It has made relaxing and sleeping possible for people who are tired of depression and sleepless nights. Xanax prescriptions are evidenced as highly effective for regulating mood. It works by suppressing or balancing certain brain chemicals and nervous system that are responsible for regulating the negative moods. However, some side effects like headaches, dizziness and dry mouths etc. are reported in some cases.
~
Till now, we have discussed the effects of xanax as well as alcohol on depression. But, many people tend to use both, xanax and alcohol, to deal with depression, which is not considered as a wise act at all. Mixing xanax with alcohol carries a great risk for the person who does so. One can face serious health problems if the amount of xanax alcohol taken is large enough and there are possibility of accidents, including seizures and blackouts.
~
Xanax alcohol together is sufficient enough to invite alcoholic hepatitis, peripheral neuropathy, cereballar degeneration, brain atropy, and stroke. All in all, attempt to use xanax and alcohol in order to get rid of depression and panic attacks is not at all appropriate. Depression here has to be aggressively treated along with strict control on the intake of alcohol. Though depression tends to make life a hell, but xanax alcohol together can show someone the door to death. So, never ever think of mixing xanax with alcohol to deal with depression. It won't enhance the effect but will probably play with your life.
